The Argentine striker  has  won on Thursday in justice the right to register its brand of  sports articles in his name «Messi» in the European Union overturning a previous decision, announced the EU Court in Luxembourg.

In 2013, the European organism loaded with intellectual ownership (EUIPO) had given  right , to the Spanish exploiters of the   'Messi' brand , who were doing be worth the risk of confusion.  A decision that the Court of Justice of the EU judged it to be unfounded and canceled it on Thursday.
